2014 Pinot Noir - Three Rows
From Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Rarely do we see a wine such as this, as this only represents three barrels or about 70 cases. This was planted completely from Tom Rochioli's clonal material back in 1989, and Stephen Hansel says the berries don't have much flavor until they achieve at least 25 Brix, which is ripe. This wine is sensational - broad, savory, full-bodied, opulent, with a multidimensional mouthfeel and terrific notes of black cherry, blackcurrant, plus and Asian spice. It's full, thick, juicy and by far the biggest of all of the Pinot Noir's in 2014." 71 cases produced.
