2022 Pinot Noir - Cahill Lane

Vinification: 100% destemmed into open top fermenters. 5 days cold soak w/3 times daily punchdowns. Fermentations lasts an additional 10-12 days w/2 times daily punchdowns. Once dry, pressed into 25% new and 75% one year old Francois Freres barrels. Malolactic Fermentation complete in barrel.

The 2022 Pinot Noir Cahill Vineyard is laced with Succulent dark-toned fruuit, tabacco, earthiness, leather,ceder and incense. The Cahill Lane is a bit wild and gamy in 2022, nut retains the understanding style of the year. 91pts
