2022 Pinot Noir - Estate

Vinification: 100% destemmed into open top fermenters. 5 days cold soak w/3 times daily punchdowns. Fermentation lasts an additional 10-12 days w/2 times daily punchdowns. Once dry, pressed into 25% new an 75% one year old Francois Freres barrels. Malolactic fermentation completes in Barrel.

The 2022 Pinot Noir The Estate Vineyards is bright,precise and wonderfully energetic. Crushes flowers, white peper, red-toed fruit and kick of orange peel acidity lend nuance. In 2022, The Estae is wonderfully translucent and refined. 90pts
