2023 Rose of Pinot Noir

2023 Rose of Pinot Noir – Our Rose is produced from all of our Pinot Noir blocks.  In order to concentrate our Pinot Noir, we bleed off 3-5% of the free run juice and rather than discarding it, we move it to a small tank and begin fermentation.  Since it has very little skin contact, the color is bright rose.  The flavors are enhanced and layered as it benefits from the blend of all of our clones.
